CaK Strip - 14th April

There is a lovely strip of active regions running straight across the central swathe of our star today.  The white areas in the image are regions of magnetically charged plasma froth, and also on the limb a surge of plasma being ejected from a newly emerging active region.  This image was taken with the 80mm @ f12.5, with the homebrew CaK filter and Beloptik Tri Band ERF and DMK31 camera.
